Biryani Especial Papadam is our signature creation and our most generous dish: long-infused basmati rice, topped with chicken tikka, lamb tikka and king prawns, for a festival of flavours and textures in a single plate. It’s all finished with crispy papadam shards, a nod to our house, adding an irresistible textural contrast to every bite. A spectacular dish, made for big appetites and big occasions.
A dish with a story
Following the lineage of the great Mughal biryanis mixing several meats, our signature version draws on royal banquets where abundance reigned supreme.
“Mixed” biryanis, combining several proteins, are traditionally reserved for grand celebrations and festive meals in India.
Our house creation, with its papadam shards, is a signature unique to our restaurant, designed to embody the generous spirit of the house.
This biryani is a 100% house creation: we claim no ancestral origin for the papadam addition, it’s purely our own signature touch.
